About You

The Recruiter should have the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related discipline
• Experience: At least 1+ year of experience in recruitment – agency or corporate . Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in the healthcare industry . Hands-on experience with various virtual interview formats ( e.g. Teams, Zoom) and comfort with in-person interviews . Experience using LinkedIn and other creative sourcing tools to source quality candidates ;
• Entrepreneurial: CINQCARE seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for finding and retaining talent to ensure CINQCARE is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; a bility to understand and explain job requirements for a wide variety of roles ; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE’s team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Relationships : Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents; and,
• Culture: Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial Compan y.

About the Job

The Recruiter reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager with accountability for executing the day-to-day full lifecycle recruiting activity for specific roles on our team. This position will be responsible for driving the growth of the company and will be an incredible opportunity for you to contribute your talent, knowledge, and grow your own career at CINQCARE. The Recruiter will have the following responsibilities:

• Source highly specialized candidates at all levels for our team
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to our team
• Consult with leadership on overall hiring strategies and tailor our search approach accordingly
• Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
• Generate new leads and expand your network of talent
• Network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
• Tailor your approach to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles
• Build community-based connections in an effort to promote local talent acquisition
• Attend relevant events including job fairs, seminars, and local networking events to promote CINQCARE’s brand and employment opportunities
• Coordinate the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

General Duties

The Recruiter will have the following duties:

• Leadership : The Recruiter will assist in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value through talent acquisition. 
• Collaboration : The Recruiter will ensure that recruitment is aligned with business strategy by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQCARE .
• Knowledge : The Recruiter will provide subject matter expertise in recruitment, solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for recruitment strategies, solution deployment, and performance evaluation.
• Culture : The Recruiter is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for their team and as part of the larger company.

CINQCARE provides all employees working an average of 30+ hours/week with the option to enroll in healthcare benefits. The cost of healthcare is shared between the company and the employee.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

This position requires office-based work. In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.

In this position you will need an ability to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
