Responsibilities:

 

  • Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Review candidate applications and resumes; send invite to interview and conduct the interview.
  • Must be able to use Google Sheets and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Must be comfortable with speaking and engaging with applicants on a daily basis.
  • Must be comfortable with conducting up to ten 20 minute interviews per day.
  • Must be good with time management.

 

Required Skills/Abilities :

 

  • Must be comfortable with conducting 20 min verbal interviews per day (on average 9 to 10 daily) over the phone and through Zoom.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing HRIS and Recruiting performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to guide and develop the recruitment team.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Must be engaging and up beat.
  • Must have ease with comprehension of basic recruiting skills and onboarding.
  • Must be able to complete 90 day New Hire training with minimal disruptions (tardies or calling off)

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Healthcare Administration. Required
  • 5+ Years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma (GED) in lieu of college degree required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting and conducting interviews (with college degree) Required.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition/recruiting and conducting successful interviews.
  • Familiarity with HR, Labor, Civil Rights and EEOC laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Strong understanding of HR analytics and its application in recruitment.
  • Recent college grads encouraged to apply if degree is in Human Resources or Healthcare Administration. Have worked in healthcare for 5+ years.

 

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience, ranging from $52,000 to $56,000 annually ( salary is negotiable ). This position is exempt from overtime and requires on-site presence, except during inclement weather when remote work is accommodated.
