Frontera Health is developing a tech-enabled platform to provide pediatric therapies for rural families in need. Our platform leverages AI/ML to establish the foundational video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. By working with parents and caregivers in rural communities, we aim to increase access to care, improve health equity, and deliver personalized treatment for better outcomes.

About Frontera Health and the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful recruiting and HR coordinator to help drive the growth of our team. This is a critical role where your expertise will contribute directly to improving the lives of the children and families we serve. Responsibilities include screening resumes and scheduling interviews both for Frontera Health NM and Frontera Health Inc, conducting interviews for entry level clinical candidates, and assisting the Recruiting Lead with ensuring that the hiring process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline the hiring process: Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and screen resumes for both Frontera Health NM and Frontera Health Inc.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand talent needs, manage candidate pipelines, source top candidates, conduct interviews, and support the offer process.
  • Leverage technology: Utilize our ATS (Greenhouse) to track recruiting efficiency, analyze data, and generate reports.
  • Attract top talent: Post job openings on various platforms and engage with potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience: Provide exceptional service throughout the hiring process.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance our recruiting strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education and experience: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on healthcare or behavioral health.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with an HRIS (preferably Rippling) is strongly preferred.
  • Problem solving: love owning solutions and finding ways to improve processes and experiences
  • Bonus: Experience or knowledge of recruiting for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) positions is a plus!

This is a full-time (hybrid) position in Denver, CO.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.

Expected salary range in Denver

$22—$28 USD
