Regional Property Manager

Location/Onsite: Tustin, CA | In-Office with Regular Property Visits

Our client seeks a Regional Property Manager in the manufactured housing industry to join their team in Tustin, CA . • Compensation: $75,000 – $115,000, depending on experience

A Day in the Life of the Regional Property Manager

As a Regional Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient operations, resident satisfaction, and performance aligned with company and ownership objectives. You'll work from the Tustin corporate office, regularly visit sites, and lead onsite teams while staying aligned with company values like integrity, accountability, and excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage annual operating budgets for assigned properties
• Oversee rent collections, evictions, and lease offerings
• Write detailed narrative reports on property performance
• Manage infrastructure projects and capital improvements
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership and property teams

Requirements and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with multifamily property management
• 3+ years of experience managing multi-site properties
• Prior experience handling budgeting and financial performance across different properties
• Strong leadership style and experience supervising onsite property manager or leasing staff
• Prior experience working with Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or other property management software
• California Real Estate License preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
