About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President - Life Wholesaler to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving premium objectives within an assigned territory, which includes working closely with financial professionals to increase their revenue through the sale of life insurance. This role involves developing strong business relationships, delivering sales concepts, product information, and providing technical guidance to producers. Applicants for the Regional Vice President - Life Wholesaler position at the company should possess the ability to drive sales objectives, an understanding of advanced markets, and excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of compliance is essential, as is the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years' of wholesaling experience, preferably in life products, and a comprehensive knowledge of the life insurance business, including the sales process and dynamics of selling life insurance products. The role requires current life and variable licenses in the resident state and all states within the territory, as well as FINRA Series 6 (or 7) and 63 licenses. CLU, ChFC, CFP, or similar designations are preferred. The position demands both travel and virtual selling, with interactions primarily through individual meetings, but also including large and small group sessions.
