Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health (RRBH) is a 58-bed, inpatient hospital licensed by the State of New Jersey and accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC). RRBH has also received Disease-specific Care Certification for Dementia from TJC. RRBH is licensed to accept both voluntary and involuntary patients, and consists of two divisions: a general adult psychiatric program and a geriatric psychiatric program. Patients in both programs benefit from a full range of treatment services.
As a RN working at RRBH, you are part of an interdisciplinary team that develops individualized treatment plans designed to help patients reach their goals. The treatment team includes a psychiatrist; internist; psychiatric nurses and aides; a social worker; activities therapists; a dietitian, and a chaplain. Daily therapeutic treatment includes medication, individual and group therapy, psychoeducation, therapeutic activities and family support. Demonstrates an understanding of, and embraces, the mission statement of the Christian Health.
Schedule: Full Time 12 hour shifts 6:45pm - 7:15am. Every other weekend required.
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. New Graduate Nurses welcome to apply.
