Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their international travel preferences, interests, and requirements.
  • Craft personalized international travel itineraries, encompassing flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and cultural experiences.
  • Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage complex international travel arrangements efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their travel journey.
  • Stay updated with international travel regulations, safety guidelines, and destination-specific insights to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Complete comprehensive training provided by our company and vendor partners to expand your knowledge and refine your international travel expertise.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with a wide range of international vendors to secure competitive rates, exclusive offers, and unique experiences for our clients.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by addressing any challenges that arise during the international travel planning process.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, and Mexico.
  • Possess a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access to facilitate remote work tasks.
  • Strong organizational abilities, adept multitasking, and an acute attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to ensure clients receive exceptional service and memorable travel experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Self-discipline, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining productivity.
  • A passion for international travel and a strong willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
