About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and naturally curious person to join our analytics team as a Remote Junior Data Analyst. This is a good fit if you enjoy digging into numbers, finding patterns, and turning raw data into something meaningful. You can work full-time or part-time, we care more about results than how many hours you sit at a desk.
What You'll Be Doing
Collect and organize data from different sources like spreadsheets, APIs, and reports.
Clean and prepare that data so its ready for use in dashboards and reports.
Work with senior analysts to build visual dashboards that track key business numbers and customer trends.
Help review marketing and product data to identify what's working and what could be improved.
Document your steps and findings so others can follow your process.
Share your observations in team meetings and contribute ideas on how to use data more effectively.
What You Bring
A degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.) or proven experience that shows you understand data work.
Comfortable with basic SQL and working with databases.
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup).
Familiar with at least one visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Some exposure to Python or R is helpful but not required.
Able to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines.
Communicates clearly in writing and in meetings.

Pay & Benefits
Estimated range: $50,000 to $65,000 a year (or equivalent for part-time), depending on experience.
Up to 5% annual performance bonus.
15 days of paid time off, increasing with tenure.
$100 monthly stipend for workspace or tools that help you do your job comfortably.
