Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data & Financial Reporting Analyst to support both operational and financial reporting needs. This role requires strong technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Excel, along with a solid understanding of financial and operational performance metrics. Experience with nSAP/1ERP systems is a strong advantage. Job Responsibilities Data Infrastructure Development & Maintenance Gather, consolidate, and maintain data from multiple sources. Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms. Build and manage scalable data sets to support reporting needs. Leverage nSAP/1ERP systems for data extraction and integration. Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting workflows. Enhance existing management processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to the development of best practices in data handling and reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. Present findings and actionable recommendations in a clear and concise manner. Support decision-making through data-driven insights. Data Visualization & Dashboarding Design and build impactful dashboards, charts, and tables. Present complex data in a clear and intuitive format using Tableau, Excel, and Smartsheet. Continuously improve visualization techniques to enhance stakeholder understanding. Data Analysis & Management Reporting Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights. Develop reports for performance tracking, budgeting, planning, and forecasting. Use advanced Excel, Tableau, and Smartsheet features for data manipulation and reporting. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 10 years of experience related to the job description. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analysis and financial reporting. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, and advanced Excel. Experience with nSAP/1ERP systems preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
