Location: The Bahamas

Property: Full-Service, High-Volume Resort & Condo Operation

This is not a desk job. This is a hands-on leadership role for a General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a high-volume, multi-outlet property that requires a strong operator who understands the balance between hands-on leadership and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate knows how to work with engaged ownership, lead a team through challenges, and elevate both guest and financial performance.

What Were Looking For:

  • A proven leader with experience in high-volume, full-service resorts.
  • Strong background in both hotel and condo operations.
  • Caribbean experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate owner involvement while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Leadership style that builds accountability and drives results.
