Restaurant / Floor Manager Responsibilities

Restaurant / Floor Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume, full-service, upscale casual restaurant management experience.
- Hotel experience is a plus !
- Charismatic, with a personality that shines like a Brand Ambassador.
- Skilled in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Advanced knowledge of bar operations and mixology.
- Comfortable working late nights and managing closing shifts. (approximately 1AM)
- Experience managing private and semi-private events.
- Expertise in sanitation practices and food handling compliance.
- Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Team builder with a collaborative spirit!
