Mosaic is looking for a  Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool  to join our team!

In this role, you will provide health care to individuals receiving services in the homes by scheduling medical appointments, assessing condition, reviewing medications, completing any necessary medical forms and by updating medical records.

What YOU’LL will do:

• Provide nursing support and consultation with the state's Nurse Practice Act and physician orders.
• Provide ongoing nursing assessments, planning and monitoring health status of people served for best possible health.
• Provide health related education to those served and those who serve in the agency.
• Maintain and review electronic healthcare records to monitor pertinent health status, provide accurate and through documentation and update agency leaders as needed
• Build effective relationships with colleagues, persons served and their providers and families/guardians.

SCHEDULE: 8 or 12 hour shifts, can work up to 24 hours a week - required to work at least 24 hours a quarter,  NO HOLIDAY or WEEKEND requirements, NO ON CALL , can travel up to a 90 mile radius-vehicle provided.  SALARY - RN - $45/hr

What YOU’LL Need:

• State license required in nursing in good standing, AAN or BSN preferred or degree required to meet state regulations.
• A minimum of 1 year general nursing experience is required. 
• Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's license
