The Role

Hiring Immediately - As a Sales Representative , you will drive business through targeted marketing efforts and qualifying homeowners for roofing and solar programs. You will participate in regular sales training and team-building events focused on personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Qualify homeowners and residents for our roofing and solar programs through targeted marketing initiatives
• Work closely with sales development representatives and sales team members to raise brand awareness and create appointments for our services
• Participate in regular sales training to learn how to deliver engaging presentations to homeowners about our remodeling solutions and design options

The Qualifications

• Key Traits: Our team members are growth-minded , gritty , and coachable . We are a marketing and sales culture focused on personal and professional development, and our team members work relentlessly to achieve personal and team success.
• Experience: Experience in marketing , business , sales , retail sales , customer service , sales development representative , or outside sales representative roles is a plus

Compensation and Perks

• Earnings Outlook: uncapped commissions – our average team member makes $75K - $150K in Year 1 and doubles that number in Year 2
