Key Responsibilities:

Achieve new business production goals and objectives
Reach out to potential clients and generate leads through outbound calls
Develop insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close sales
Meet daily outbound call and quote requirements to ensure success

What We're Looking For:

A Florida Resident with a 220 or 20-44 Insurance License
At least 1 year of experience with an Allstate agency (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A dedicated professional with excellent time management and a strong work ethic
An individual who can handle customer rejection and stay motivated to exceed sales targets
Self-driven and detail-oriented with a passion for insurance
A goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of achieving sales success
