POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Salesforce Developer develops, configures, tests, and debugs new software and enhancements to existing software and configurations on the Salesforce platform. The Senior Salesforce Developer assists with the design and documentation of the Company’s application software environment, regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced programmer/analysts and is responsible for leading application development projects of a very high complexity.

This position will be working on our Sales and Service projects
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, and maintain any aspect of our highly customized Salesforce platform
• Work closely with business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements to design and develop features
• Participate in code and solution reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code and customizations.
• Mentor and guide more junior members of the team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years total experience developing object-oriented, database-backed web applications
• Minimum 3 years developing for the Salesforce platform
• Two or more Salesforce Certifications from the following list: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2, JavaScript Developer 1
• Expertise developing in JavaScript and Apex
• High proficiency in Lightning Web Components and SOQL
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate testing status and results.
• High attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years developing Apex and LWC
• Platform Developer 2 Certification
