Job Summary: We are seeking a talented SAP Project Manager with Azure DevOps experience to plan, execute, and finalize SAP projects within budget and deadlines. You will coordinate team efforts and third-party contractors, defining project objectives and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Planning and Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans aligning customer requirements with company goals.
• Coordinate managers and technical personnel through all project phases.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets.

🔹 Leadership and Team Coordination:

• Lead, coach, and motivate project team members proactively.
• Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Ensure team members have necessary resources and training.

🔹 Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues clearly and concisely.

🔹 Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Address project issues promptly and develop contingency plans.

🔹 Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the quality of deliverables to ensure they meet required standards.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results.

🔹 Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

💼 Experience:

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps.
