ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to join our team and support students across the state through both regional and district-level assignments. Position Details
Caseload & Schedule:
This is a full-time position (MondayFriday, 7:00 AM4:00 PM).
The assignment will likely be a combination of:
  • 23 days per week working with the evaluation teams at our regional evaluation center
  • 23 days per week supporting one or two nearby school districts
The evaluation teams conduct assessments for students K21 , across all eligibility areas , with a strong focus on:
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations
  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) populations
Current openings may include smaller districts (approximately 500 students or fewer in total enrollment).
Typical caseloads average 6075 evaluations per year , depending on district assignment.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across all grade levels (K21)
  • Participate as a key member of evaluation and IEP teams
  • Provide consultation and collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Support schools with data-driven intervention strategies and behavior management planning
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
  • Prepare detailed, professional assessment reports and contribute to eligibility meetings
Requirements:
  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology
  • Oregon state licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience with psychoeducational assessments and special education evaluations
  • Strong knowledge of IEP processes, 504 plans , and Oregons special education protocols
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
