Scrum Master - Onsite - Jacksonville, FL

What you will do:

• Champion Agile values and foster a culture of ownership, alignment, and growth.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies that keep teams focused, efficient, and outcome-driven.
• Keep backlogs healthy and sprint-ready.
• Empower teams to self-organize, make decisions, and deliver value.
• Remove roadblocks and clear cross-team dependencies.
• Track sprint health, velocity, and key metrics to keep delivery on target.
• Align closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to meet milestones.
• Share updates, blockers, and wins across Teams, Confluence, and reporting tools.
• Facilitate retrospectives and turn insights into action.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships during demos and ceremonies.
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of Agile practices.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP or equivalent Agile certifications preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical roles.
• Deep familiarity with Agile tools including JIRA, ADO, and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional team dynamics and foster team cohesion.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive risk identification, and escalation experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, Agile services environment.
