Reports To: Department Manger
Direct Reports: None
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly base rate plus the opportunity for an additional $1.00/hour for working your full schedule
Position Overview: Sew complete garments from cut pieces of fabric
Essential Job Functions:

• Operate industrial sewing machines with care and precision
• Assemble garment pieces and sew together correctly
• Take pride in creating an excellent finished garment

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Other duties as assigned by Department Manager

Training: Necessary training will be provided on the job
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience: No experience necessary, training will be provided
Key Competencies: Dependability, Initiative, Achievement Orientation, Analytical Thinking, Self Confidence, Team Player
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle and sew garments that are sometimes bulky; Sitting for extended periods of time
Working Conditions: Plant environment with constant background noise
