About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on securities to join their dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of complex legal matters, with a primary emphasis on securities law and compliance. This includes serving as the legal advisor on various securities regulations, overseeing all securities-related filings, and advising on disclosure controls and procedures. The role also involves providing legal support for M&A transactions, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and ensuring the company's legal and corporate governance policies are in line with regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should have a J.D. and a bachelor's degree from U.S. accredited institutions, with a minimum of 4 years' post-J.D. experience in a corporate and securities legal capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions to legal issues. While not mandatory, prior in-house experience and commercial contracting experience are considered advantageous. The role requires a trustworthy team player who can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment and is committed to the company's guiding principles.
