Play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of products and achieving revenue goals. Establish product strategies that address customer needs, build strong cross-functional relationships, and demonstrate a track record of launching new products, influencing senior executives, and driving product adoption of innovative solutions. Translate complex technology and product documents into compelling marketing materials. Create and implement GTM strategies and tactics including positioning, use cases, sales enablement materials, sales pitch decks, case studies, and other customer collateral. Develop and lead sales training sessions as the product expert, partnering closely with marketing and training teams. Work with product management to align customer needs and challenges to transform into product features and benefits. Support the development of BRDs and PRDs to define product priorities and requirements. Plan and execute various new product program launches at different life cycles including alphas, betas, and general availability stages. Conduct, aggregate, and analyze research into insights and action. Advocate for the customer by leveraging primary and secondary intelligence and research.
