Their expertise lies mostly across federal and data center projects, with mechanical contracts reaching up to $50 million. Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale federal or data center projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple federal and data center projects simultaneously.
• Oversee all phases of project management, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
• Mentor and develop junior project management staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the mechanical contracting industry.
• Extensive experience with federal and data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP certification is preferred.
