The ideal candidate will create a vision for growth for their personal practice, while contributing to the growth of our transportation engineering practice in Indianapolis, the state of Indiana, and places beyond. The ideal candidate will have the ability to pursue their own passions, leads, and clients, assist in marketing and business development efforts with our existing clients, and produce a wide variety of traffic engineering projects with our growing team of transportation professionals.
Our Senior Project Managers manage and deliver their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, and act as positive leaders and mentors. The successful candidate will be given a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business.
