Representing a leader in the construction industry, we are searching for a Senior PM with previous, documented experience with NYC agencies, developers, municipalities and private work to take on collections recovery. We need a team to open up old files, old litigations, old collection activities and ensure that the monies owned to the GC/Developer is paid. The ideal candidate must be willing to visit entitles and engage with the 'powers that be' to get this money. We are also looking at a PM/Cost Accountant, Assistant Controller with Yardi & MS Project. Auditors who have worked with SCA, CHA, etc., could also be a fit. Construction Attorneys to advise and/or spearhead negotiations and litigation.
