Title: Senior/Regional Property Manager – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Aventura, FL (4x per week in office)
About the Role
We are representing a rapidly growing commercial real estate investment firm with a portfolio of industrial assets seeking a hands-on Senior Property Manager to lead regional operations and manage performance across multiple properties and teams. You’ll work directly with internal leadership, tenants, vendors, brokers, and construction teams to ensure assets are operating at peak performance.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee a portfolio of industrial properties and the local property managers who run them
- Drive financial performance through budgeting, CAM reconciliations, rent collection, and NOI tracking
- Lead capital improvement and tenant build-out projects from budgeting to completion
- Collaborate with leasing, legal, and construction teams to execute business plans
- Travel to portfolio assets on an (approximately) quarterly basis
What You’ll Need
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial property management (industrial, retail, or office)
- Strong understanding of NNN leases, operating expenses, and property financials
- Experience with construction projects, capex budgeting, and value-add initiatives
- Ability to lead teams and manage external partners with a hands-on approach
Compensation: $120K–$150K base + bonus/benefits (based on experience)
