Amur Financial Group is looking for a highly skilled SEO Strategist to join our Marketing team and take our performance to the next level. A background in the finance industry is preferred, but we are open to candidates from any industry with a strong SEO track record.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies, with a focus on semantic SEO and AI-driven optimization.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, content gap analysis, and technical audits.
• Analyze the search landscape to identify opportunities across all stages of the funnel - awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Make strategic recommendations to our content team to ensure content is optimized for organic performance.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of SEO efforts using tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
• Perform in-depth technical audits to address issues related to crawlability, indexing, site structure, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
• Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements that improve site health and performance.
• Ensure website architecture supports scalability and SEO best practices.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in a dedicated SEO Specialist or SEO Strategist role.
• Proven success in driving organic growth through strategy, not just execution.
• Deep knowledge of semantic SEO, structured data, and search intent mapping.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize content and workflow is a big plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (WordPress).
• Experience in the financial industry is a bonus, but not required.

Compensation:

The annual base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 - $75,000 .
