Position Overview: As a Server-(Waiter/Waitress) , you will be an integral part of our high-end culinary team, responsible for delivering a seamless and luxurious dining experience to our residents in a fine-dining setting. Key Responsibilities for Server-(Waiter/Waitress):

• Exemplary Service: Deliver attentive, refined, and professional service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each guest's dining experience exceeds expectations, following Spring Hills' elevated standards.
• Table Presentation: Prepare dining tables with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper placement of fine linens, polished silverware, and glassware, contributing to an elegant dining environment.
• Resident Interaction: Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and personalized service, engaging with residents to ensure their preferences are understood and accommodated. Offer menu guidance and suggestions, demonstrating expertise in food and beverage offerings.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, adhering to health and safety protocols while fostering a pristine and inviting dining atmosphere.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team and dining staff to ensure efficient operations and outstanding resident satisfaction.
