Position Overview for Server (Waiter/Waitress) : We are seeking enthusiastic Dining Room Servers to join our culinary team. In this role, you will ensure our residents enjoy delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities as a Server (Waiter/Waitress) : - Exceptional Service: Take orders and serve food and drinks to residents in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner according to Spring Hills standards.
- Table Preparation: Set up dining tables with clean linen and polished silverware, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Guest Engagement: Accommodate all guest requests, communicate knowledgeably about menu items, and suggest alternatives as needed.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a service-oriented approach, providing a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
- Sanitation and Safety: Work in a clean, sanitary, and organized manner while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
