Job Description: TheService and installation Plumber/Pipe Fitter performs various duties in commercial or public buildings, including installation and repair.

Responsibilities and Duties:

+ Maintain and repair a wide variety of water heater, tankless & filtration systems installation and retrofit, drain, sewer, water, and gas line installation.

+ Perform routine inspections on all types of plumbing systems.

+ Provide guidance, training, and direction to Apprentices / Helpers working with you.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Experience preferred in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing waste and water distribution systems or an equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.

+ A Journeyman or Master Plumbers License is preferred but not mandatory.

+ Must be able to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history).

+ Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.

+ Experience in providing quality, professional customer-related services.

+ Ability to work and communicate effectively individually and in a team environment.

+ Ability to handle disruptions in stride with professionalism.

+ Ability to work independently in a commercial setting.

The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.

May work with or around typical construction materials and chemicals requiring safety data sheet knowledge.
