Signage And Graphics Installer At Signarama - Sugar Land

As our Lead Sign Installer at Signarama Sugar Land, you'll be the backbone of our visual impact, ensuring our high-quality signs are perfectly and safely installed at various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Preparation: Review and plan for installation projects ahead of time and work with our Production and Sales Teams on requirements and readiness.
• Installation Excellence: Safely and accurately install a variety of signage, from window graphics to large exterior signs, ensuring each meets our high standards and client expectations (per proof).
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation, including ladders, drills, and other hand tools.
• Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper fitting and positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability.
• Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during installations, providing a professional service experience and addressing any onsite concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sign installation and/or installing vinyl graphics is preferred, but not required
• Comfortable with working at elevated heights.
• Problem-solving ability and out-of-the-box thinking
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and ability to work with aerial lifts and ladders.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
