Gorilla LED Trucks (Adriana's Insurance sister company) is seeking a full-cycle content creator expert who is an outside of the box thinker, thrives in creating social media content that is attention-grabbing and drives engagement. We are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to oversee our company’s social media platforms, which includes but is not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Shorts and Facebook. As the Social Media Content Creator you will create the content, edit, write and execute from start to finish. Will also post & manage, and engage on social media platforms. The overall objective will be filming our branded trucks. We are looking for highly motivated individuals for our fast growing company. We are looking for an individual who will help to continue to grow our team and take it to the next level!

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate and delegate tasks with other marketing teams
• Analyzing engagement data
• Identify trends in customer interactions
• Planning and creating digital campaigns to build and engage with an online community
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop original content that is engaging and convert viewers to customers
• Must shoot, edit and publish all image and video ads
• Create hands on brand social media management
• Be Aware of current trends and adapt to the brand
• Responsible for daily postings on all social media channels and calendar creation
• Knowledge of each platform’s requirements: size, stories, what is most effective (time)
• Experienced in strategy creation and implementation
• Knowledgeable of supporting apps such a CapCut, Canva and Photoshoot
• Proficient in the English and Spanish language and well versed for copywriting on titles, captions, descriptions and hashtags
• Pitch, develop and execute video features for social media accounts
• Cover all events in real-time autonomously, including shooting, editing, and publishing video and photo content
• Assist other departments with relative work as requested
• Execute all projects within approved budgets and time-lines

Requirements

• This is a full-time and in-house position
• Must be available to commute to Irvine Mon-Fri
• Availability on weekends
• 2+ years of experience in social media
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
• Creative with original thinking
• Experience shooting videos with iPhone
• Experience in storytelling and script writing
• Organizational Skills
• Planning, strategizing and implementation skills
• Media planning skills
• Positive attitude and flexible
• Active on social media and aware of current trends
• Examples of previous projects involving content creation
• Have a vision for the growth of the company through a strong social presence
