Summary:

We are looking for a Spa Manager at the Eaglewood Resort. As the Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiences for our guests by embodying and elevating the essence of relaxation and wellness.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa & health facility, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This process includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance
  • Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and pool attendants, to ensure high-quality service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
  • Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
  • Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. This effort may involve collaboration with Sales & marketing team.
  • Manage the spa & health supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary
  • Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene
  • Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Ceritifed Spa Manager (CSM)
  • 3+ years of work experience as a spa manager or similar role
  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs. on occasion

Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your annual salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
