This role falls within the Analytics and Behavior Change organization and will focus on building & deploying analytic models to improve member heatlh. This team works with business partners to understand their goals and objectives and generates insights connecting analytical results with business problems/goals and present recommendations to internal teams and business partners. The ideal candidate will be a flexible collaborator and team player who can contribute to all phases of the project including data preparation, data cleaning and interpretation, analysis, model building, quality assessments and presentation of results.**Position Responsibilities**+ Develops and/or uses algorithms and statistical predictive models and determines analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes.+ Performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses and broad knowledge of the organization and/or industry.+ Collaborates with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics.+ Develops and participates in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on analytics results and solutions.+ Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization.+ Use strong knowledge in algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions.+ Use strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various forms.+ Preparing communication material such as presentations and reports, collaborate effectively with business, product, trade and other stakeholders across the organization.**Required Skills**+ 3+ years of hands-on experience in generating business insights and applying statistical/machine-learning models+ 3+ years of experience coding in Python or similar programming language+ 3+ year experience with SQL+ Experience in observational study design and evaluation**Preferred Qualifications**+ Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills. Able to present information to various audiences.+ Excellent problem solving and critical thinking ability.+ Effectively resolves problems and roadblocks as they occur.+ Demonstrated proficiency in several areas of data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data engineering and data visualization.+ Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources.**Education**+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.+ Master’s degree preferred.**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$111,240.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
