Job Description
The Substitute Teacher at Montessori Kids Universe is a flexible and essential team member who provides support within a classroom on an as needed basis. This role helps maintain classroom consistency, ensures staff-to-child ratios are met, and promotes a smooth, nurturing, and safe learning environment throughout the school. The Substitute Teacher works collaboratively with Lead and Assistant Teachers to uphold Montessori principles and the schools commitment to high-quality early childhood education.
