The
Suite Server is responsible for serving guests in Synovus Ballpark's suites. The Suite Server must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12 to $14, plus tips.

- Set up, maintain, and break down food service areas for suites, ensuring all pre-orders and game day service needs are met.
- Organize and prepare suite, ensuring timely and high-quality food and beverage service.
- Monitor food quality, maintain inventory, and fulfill requisitions.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and accompaniments.
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, check IDs, and enforce safe alcohol policies.
- Recognize and respond to intoxicated guests, escalating situations to management as needed.
- Ensure suites are stocked with necessary serving ware and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.
- Assist with financial closeouts and accurate billing per event.
- Follow all company policies, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in food & beverage or customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for handling POS transactions and inventory reconciliation.
- Valid food handling certificate and/or alcohol service permit (as required by state regulations).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
