As an Intern, you will support the business as you learn alongside one of our many teams, in the following departments:

Accounting/Finance – Manages financial records, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Client Services – Maintains client relationships, whilst ensuring top-notch client satisfaction.

Compliance – Helps to maintain and enforce regulatory standards required by law.

Legal – Aids in ensuring our regulatory adherence, represents the firm, and conducting legal research.

Human Resources – Establishes and facilitates our onboarding, recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives.

Marketing – Manages our marketing campaigns, brand promotion, market research, and much more.

Operations – Supports the efficiency of the firm by streamlining processes, managing data, and logistics.

Our internship is blend of experiential learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience. We aim to equip interns with the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to thrive in this industry whilst gaining exposure to working at a prestigious brokerage firm.

The program will be onsite 5 days a week for a total duration of 10 weeks .

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college/university at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate School academic level.
• Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Required10-week program commitment
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced skills in MS Excel desired
