Position Overview
Kiddom is looking for a Talented Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the logistics of print curriculum distribution, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate inventory tracking, and effective customer order fulfillment. You will also manage day-to-day vendor relationships to ensure Kiddom’s print supply chain operates efficiently and meets customer expectations, while driving process automation, quality control, and cost management.

  • Develop and maintain an inventory management system that aligns with growth projections; oversee stock levels, balancing on-demand printing and traditional inventory to meet demand efficiently, manage cash flow prudently, and mitigate the risks associated with forecast uncertainty.
  • Manage order intake and track fulfillment timelines, providing timely updates and resolving potential delays proactively.
  • Handle daily vendor interactions, including managing purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and cost-effective solutions; collaborate on vendor selection to meet quality and performance standards.

What we're looking for...

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in print distribution or educational materials.
  • Proven experience with inventory management systems and ERP implementation.
