Job Description

• Organize Material: Complete writing assignments following established standards for order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive records and files of all work and revisions.
• Editing and Standardizing: Edit, standardize, or make changes to materials prepared by other writers or establishment personnel.
• Illustration Selection: Select appropriate photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to enhance and illustrate the written material.
• Technical Interviews: Conduct interviews with production and engineering personnel and review journals and other materials to become thoroughly familiar with product technologies and production methods.
• Creation and Editing: Create and/or edit written materials ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Technical Documentation: Compile accurate and detailed technical information or documentation.
• File Management: Maintain organized records, documents, and other files.

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
