Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime as required)

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (higher based on experience and skill set)

Type: Temporary (Minimum 90 days; potential to go full time)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Temporary Electronic Assembler to join our team for a 90-day assignment, with the possibility of long-term or full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience assembling small parts and working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electronic components and small parts with precision and accuracy
  • Follow assembly instructions, schematics, or blueprints
  • Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively
  • Inspect assembled components for quality and functionality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and DOT regulations and procedures
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production demands

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with small part assembly (electronics preferred)
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions or diagrams
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Must meet DOT qualification standards
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
