TPI Certified Personal Trainer – Part-Time The Club at Quail Ridge – Boynton Beach, FL

The Club at Quail Ridge is seeking a TPI Certified Personal Trainer to join our Fitness Team. This is a part-time position with an emphasis on morning availability in a premier private country club environment.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced fitness professional with a strong background in Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) assessments and golf-specific fitness training . The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with clients to improve golf performance, mobility, and overall fitness.

In addition to TPI assessments and programming, the position will also involve conducting regular personal training sessions at the club's standard personal training rate .

Responsibilities:

• Conduct TPI movement assessments and design customized golf-specific programs for members
• Provide one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
• Assist with maintaining gym equipment and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the fitness facility
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure excellent member service
• Support members with both golf-specific and general fitness goals

Requirements:

• TPI certification (required)
• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with golf-specific fitness strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Morning availability and flexibility
