Training Consultant (INFOLEASE, FLEX, Asset Management)

Optomi is seeking a highly skilled Consultant for an Equipment Finance Migration project! In this role, you will be responsible for training Associates on the new INFOLEASE 9, FLEX, and Asset Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering live in-person training, as well as familiarity with INFOLEASE and FLEX systems. You will play a critical role in helping to migrate Equipment Finance Associates to a new system, contributing to the success of this high-profile migration project.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

• Experience delivering live, in-person training to groups of 20-30 people.
• Strong ability to quickly learn and understand new systems, such as INFOLEASE, FLEX, and internal Asset Management Applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively deliver training content to an English-speaking audience.
• Experience in financial services or equipment leasing is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:

• Deliver live, in-person training to groups of 20-30 Associates on INFOLEASE 9, FLEX, and the internal Asset Management System.
• Design and develop training materials to ensure comprehensive learning for new system users.
• Quickly learn company-specific use cases for INFOLEASE, FLEX, and the Asset Management System (AMG).
• Gain a thorough understanding of project high-level objectives and contribute to achieving these goals through training.
• Attend all required project-related meetings to stay up to date with project progress and ensure training is aligned with business objectives.
• Assess the impact of product deliverables on business and recommend necessary training topics.
• Work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure the best possible training delivery and alignment with the organization’s goals.
