Successful candidates will have:
Travel Advisor I
- 2+ years of experience in Customer services or Sales
- High School diploma or GED
- Travel certifications in the form of a CTA or destination specialist certificate preferred
In this role, at our store location, you will:
- Sell international and domestic travel packages, including cruises, flights, car, hotel, and tours
- Provide excellent customer services under the AAA membership model
- Recommend and sell product enhancements for the customers' trip
- Address any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip
- Stay up to date on current travel trends, emerging destinations, and industry innovations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in travel sales and systems software

SALARY:
- The flat hourly pay rate for the position is Travel Advisor I: $23.00 or Travel Advisor II: $24.00. Placement in Level I or II is based on candidate experience.
- Eligible for 11%, up to 15%, commission based on travel sales production.
