We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Administrator to join our team as we continue to experience unprecedented growth.

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves processing and reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing payroll and commission payments, and managing government remittances. The Financial Operations Manager will identify discrepancies and collaborate with management on resolutions, post adjusting entries, and assist in generating year-end financial statements. Additionally, the position requires monitoring customer bookings for accuracy, developing strong relationships with Independent Contractors, and providing support for financial inquiries. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications and Skills:

*Proven experience demonstrating QuickBooks proficiency is REQUIRED.*

• Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) designation and an accounting degree or diploma.
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
• Expertise in managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports to assist with management decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate bookkeeping and regulatory compliance.
• High initiative and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism.
• Clear and concise communication skills, verbally and in writing, in English.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Experience:

*Travel agency experience is a STRONG ASSET.*

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role within a small to medium-sized business.
