Travel Medical Physicist – Radiation Oncology
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Assignment: 13 Weeks | Start: July 20, 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Travel Contract | Full-Time | 40 Hours Guaranteed
Local Restrictions: Candidates must reside 50+ miles from facility

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Medical Physics or related field – Required
• ABR Certification (or eligibility) – Required
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Radiation Oncology – Required
• Including: Clinical Medical Physics, HDR Brachytherapy, and Prostate Seed Implants
• BLS Certification – Required
• ACLS Certification – Preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Varian, Elekta, or similar radiation oncology systems
• Strong understanding of NRC/state regulations and radiation safety standards
• Effective communication and collaboration with Radiation Oncologists, Dosimetrists, and Therapists
• Adaptability and professionalism in a clinical travel setting

Master’s Degree in Medical Physics or related field – Required ABR Certification (or eligibility) – Required Minimum 2 years’ experience in Radiation Oncology – Required
