\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• 13-week assignment with ASAP start date
\n• Must be flexible to work all nights of the week
\n• Patient ratio of 6:1 on a 32-bed unit
\n• No on-call requirements unless choosing to pick up for coverage
\n• Required to participate in float rotation and may float to PCU/ICU (low acuity)
\n• Must hold shift accountability for providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process
\n• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe care delivery
\n• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
\n• Delegate patient care priorities and provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and Arizona license
\n• No 48-hour guarantee available
\n• No block scheduling option
\n• One major holiday RTO required
\n• No RTO blackout dates
