REQUIREMENTS: Vent experience Must have Active VA or Compact License in hand at submission BLS & ACLS Cardiac TELE background within the past year PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown work setting experience, 2 years experience Skills: o Management of dysrhythmias o Telemetry - on the unit monitoring o Use of Rapid Response Teams o Pre/Post Cardiac Cath o Central line care/management o Peripheral Line Care/Management o PICC line management o Manage Cardiac drips- no titration o Titrate Cardiac drips o Heparin Protocols o Traumatic Brain injury o Care of Ventilated Patient o External CPAP/BIPAP o High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) o Tracheostomy Management o Isolation Precautions o EPIC Yes All active certifications + license required!
