GH: 72 Bi-Weekly (96 Bi-Weekly - not an option)
SHIFT: 10A-7:30P ( 4, nine hour shifts) no on call requirements, no weekends
CALL REQUIREMENTS: None
FLOATING REQUIRED: None
REQUIREMENTS:
**RN IN licensure
**ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
**1-2 years' PACU experience
EMR: Cerner preferred
TYPES OF SERVICES: Specialty Orthopedic, Spine, Trauma
SCOPE OF ROLE: Fast pace specialty hospital PACU, variety of orthopedic procedures, Total Joint replacement, major spine, and trauma
NUMBER OF BEDS IN FACILITY: 16 pre-op / 11 PACU, Specialty orthopedic hospital
NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 27
MONTHLY DEPARTMENT VOLUME: 500 patients process on average through PACU monthly
PATIENT RATIO: 2:1
