\nHealthCare Support is actively seeking a  Pharmacist to fill an opening in  Woodridge, Illinois.  
\n
\n Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist: \n

\n\t
• Accept and dispense prescription medications.
\n\t
• Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files
\n\t
• Provide services to patients, such as smoking cessation, blood pressure measurement and cholesterol management.
\n\t
• Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5PM
\n

\n Required Qualifications for Pharmacist: \n\n

\n\t
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
\n\t
• Licensed by the state pharmacy board.
\n

\n Preferred Qualifications for Pharmacist: \n\n

\n\t
• Preferred experience with home infusion pharmacy
\n
