\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 4x10 hour shifts with schedule varying based on departmental needs
\n• 13-week assignment duration
\n• On-call responsibilities vary with no minimum or maximum requirements
\n• 2-4 years of nursing experience required
\n• Required certifications: Arizona license, ACLS, BLS, and PALS
\n• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients in busy recovery room setting
\n• Work with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical staff, and other personnel
\n• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on patient acuity
\n• Work in 9-bed PACU unit serving multiple surgical modalities
\n• Utilize nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act, AORN guidelines, and hospital policies
\n• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and leadership in care planning
\n• Document using MedHost EMR system with majority of charting being paper-based
\n• No floating requirements to other units
\n• Scrub color requirements: black scrubs if wearing personal or light blue facility-provided scrubs (internally laundered, mandatory when presenting to Operating Room)
\n• Maximum of 1 week requested time off allowed
\n• No 48-hour guarantee option available
