Job Description
Highly skilled in developing Wireframes & Prototypes: create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
Assist BA and PM in user research - lead and document interview, surveys for key users and understand needs
Familiarity and access to using Dovetail
Record and document UX sessions in Dovetail and Confluence
Develop user flow diagrams and empathy maps
Develop service blueprinting
Highly skilled and experienced in UI screen design in Figma
Develop clickable prototypes in Figma and conduct demos and UAT
